In this course we will take you through
- making ganache (white)
- prepping your boards
- levelling and trimming your cake layers
- layering and icing your cake
- achieving sharp as shit edges or raw textured edges
- colouring ganache
- textured ganache technique
- trouble shooting along the way

Each participant will take home the cake they have iced in class, decorating not included in the workshop content
