In this course I will take you through - making Swiss meringue buttercream - prepping your boards - levelling and trimming your cake layers - layering and icing your cake - achieving sharp as shit edges - trouble shooting along the way - learning the art of marbled buttercream - finish design with metallic leaf or metallic paint Included in the course is coffee and Magnolia Kitchen snacks and free unlimited access to our Sharp as Shit Basics - Swiss Meringue Buttercream valued at $125 Each participant will take home the cake they have iced in class 6” three layer cake serves approx 14 dessert serves / 28 coffee serves 20% off all Magnolia Kitchen retail products when purchased in store on the day of the workshop
